Throughout our tenancy, utilities were frequently turned off with no warning, large construction projects were done in our apartment, we had no heat October-February, and it failed multiple ISD inspections. The landlord, Hanmin Lee, simultaneously never fixed anything but was always in our apt, frequently with no warning and on weeknights. He also let our cat escape. Avoid at all costs.
