I was told there was heat, but it was never turned on while I was there from October 2021 to February 2022. I was told utilities were included in rent, then charged for them anyway. My food was stolen. Was told to go to bed earlier so they could save on electricity bills. One night her husband got drunk and it sounded like she hit him. He then tried to get into my room. I was not allowed to do more than 1 load of laundry/week in spite of paying $800/month for 1 room plus utilities.
