Apartment has Elm Seed bugs that come in through the windows. In June of 2025 they started coming in from everywhere (vents, microwave, stove pipe, laundry room vent, storage room vents, bathroom attic door and vents, and bedroom vent). The property management company was contacted by email at least 23 times between June 2025 and February 2026 to remove the trees or treat the trees and building exteriors but they will only spray inside the apartment/doors/windows. No deposit return and fees.
