Mice every couple months even after exterminator. $3000 Industrial oven was leaking gas a month after we moved in, landlord blamed us and replaces it a month later with a $200 oven. He tried secretly renting out the garage. He trespasses on the property many times after told not to. He has a nasty gaslighting attitude. Very deceitful man.
